Ludmila Marin 🐘

Ludmila Marin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ludmila began their career as a Cashier at Ponderosa Steakhouse and Cracker Barrel in 2005. In 2008, they joined Coaching4Managers as a Change Facilitator, Consultant, and Business Coach, where they focused on helping leaders and managers achieve their goals, develop successful behaviors, and build constructive relationships. Ludmila worked with executive teams and individuals to bring about sustainable changes through L&D interventions.

In 2010, Ludmila became a Partner for organizing Coach Support Group Bucharest at Noble Manhattan Coaching. Ludmila was responsible for organizing and facilitating support groups for coaches.

In 2016, Ludmila joined MOL Romania as an E-learning platform Project Manager and Retail Internal Trainer | Internal Coach. As an E-learning platform Project Manager, they managed a project aimed at developing an online learning platform. In their role as a Retail Internal Trainer and Internal Coach, they provided training and coaching to employees, helping them enhance their skills and performance.

During the same year, Ludmila also worked as a Consultant at Interact, where they provided consulting services to clients.

Ludmila Marin has a diverse education history. Ludmila obtained a Coaching Fundamentals degree from Metasystems Coaching - Alain Cardon in the year 2016. In 2010, they received an Entrepreneurship Certificate from EMPRETEC - UNCTAD. Ludmila also became a Certified Coach from Noble Manhattan Coaching in 2009, after completing a coaching program. Earlier, in 2009, they earned a Master's degree in Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București. Additionally, Ludmila holds a Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations, which they acquired from Romanian American University - Bucharest in 2007.

Furthermore, Ludmila has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Recently, in 2022, they completed the Articulate Storyline Essential Training from LinkedIn. In the same year, they also obtained certifications in Project Management Foundations: Teams, Customer Experience: Journey Mapping, and Managing Your Time from LinkedIn. In 2019, Ludmila completed the Sales Retail Training program offered by Imparta. Moreover, they became a Trainer certified by CNFPA in 2012.
