Michaela Marshall

Manager, Customer Operations at MoLo Solutions

Michaela Marshall has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Michaela started their career in 2015 as a Store Manager at Frost Gelato, where they worked until 2017. In 2017, they joined Northern Suburban Special Recreation Association (NSSRA) as an Inclusion Companion, and also started working at Preschool Promise as a Certified Lab Administrator and Lab Coordinator. Michaela continued their role at Preschool Promise until 2019.

In 2018, Michaela interned at PAWS Chicago for a brief period. In 2019, they joined MoLo Solutions as a National Account Manager, and subsequently held roles as a Customer Operations Representative, Customer Operations Specialist, Customer Operations Lead, and currently as a Manager, Customer Operations. Their tenure at MoLo Solutions is ongoing, with their latest role starting in December 2021.

Michaela Marshall attended Lake Forest High School from 2011 to 2015. Michaela then went on to the University of Dayton, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from 2015 to 2019.
