Caroline Lambert-Edwards McIpd

Caroline Lambert-Edwards MCIPD is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR at Momentum since February 2025. Prior to this role, Caroline held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at Entain from January 2020 to February 2025, and at THOMAS COOK GROUP PLC from March 2016 to October 2019. Caroline has extensive experience in HR roles, having worked as an HR Business Partner at Icon Live Ltd and Thomas Cook, as well as serving in various HR positions at British Airways, Spirit Group, S.R.Gent (International) Ltd, and Reckitt Benckiser. Caroline began a career in HR after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) (Hons) degree in Business/Commerce from The University of Huddersfield.
