Georgina Hayden

Georgina Hayden has a strong background in emergency medicine and healthcare management. Georgina currently holds the position of Director of Emergency Medicine at the Victorian Heart Hospital, a role they began in August 2022. Prior to this, Georgina served as a Board Member at COLAC AREA HEALTH starting in July 2021. Georgina also had a notable tenure at St John of God Health Care, where they held the role of Director of Emergency Medicine from October 2015 to August 2022. Before that, they were an Emergency Consultant at Barwon Health from November 2011 to October 2015.

Georgina Hayden completed their Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Monash University in the years 1995 to 2000. In 2015, they attended the University of Sydney and obtained a Diploma of Child's Health. Currently, they are pursuing their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Deakin University, with an expected completion date not specified.
