Alice Ide has worked in various roles across a range of industries since 2002. Alice began their career as Office Manager and Personal Assistant to the Director at Trident Computers (Cornwall) Ltd, before becoming a Founding Partner of TCC Direct in 2003. In 2007, they joined Acorn Business Supplies as Account Manager and Office Manager, and in 2010, they became Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration at American University of Sharjah, as well as Program Coordinator and Personal Assistant to the Director. In 2012, they took on a Virtual PA/Project Support role at Assist Me, before joining Cirrus Support as a Virtual PA/Project Support in 2016. That same year, they also began working at LODHA DEVELOPERS UK LIMITED as a Customer Relations team member. In 2018, they joined Monax as Operations Manager and Executive Assistant and Operations Associate.
Alice Ide attended Hitchin Girls School and Oaklands College. At Oaklands College, they completed a GNVQ Advanced in Leisure and Tourism with a Distinction.
