Victoria Chang

Victoria Chang has over 15 years of experience in scientific and regulatory affairs within the food industry, currently holding a position at Mondelez International since October 2010. In this role, Victoria is responsible for interpreting and applying Canadian Food and Drug Regulations related to the Confectionery portfolio, ensuring compliance through product label development and the review of raw material specifications. Prior experience includes a role as a Documentation Reviewer at Patheon Inc., where Victoria developed communication skills and ensured documentation compliance with ICH/cGMP standards. Earlier, as a Lab Technician at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, Victoria performed various laboratory techniques and data analysis. Victoria holds a BSc with honors in Biochemistry from the University of Ottawa.
