Cristina Torres

Cristina Torres, MBA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at Money Group since August 2023, Cristina previously worked as a Human Resources Generalist at One Alliance Insurance Corp, focusing on hiring and onboarding processes. Prior to that, Cristina held multiple positions at Humana, ranging from Benefits Administration Professional to Production Team Lead, overseeing claims management and associate training. Additional experience includes a role as a Human Resources Specialist at Alight Solutions, where Cristina interpreted HR policies and maintained employee records. Cristina earned an MBA in Human Resources Management from Inter American University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
