Andrea Holguín C. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Andrea began their career as a Marketing Intern at Schering-Plough Research Institute in 2007. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Medical Sales Representative Critical Care at Eli Lilly and Company. Andrea then joined Korn Ferry Hay Group in 2013 as a Senior Consultant, where they focused on people strategy and organizational performance. In 2016, they moved to Hays, a leading global recruitment services company, as a Senior Consultant.

In 2017, Andrea joined Eurest México de Compass Group as a New Business Manager, where they identified and developed new business opportunities in the contract foodservice industry. Andrea then moved to GOintegro in 2020, initially as a Customer Success Manager, where they developed meaningful relationships with clients and improved customer satisfaction levels. Andrea was later promoted to Head of Customer Success, where they developed local and global strategies to enhance the customer experience.

Most recently, Andrea joined MongoDB in 2022 as a Senior Customer Success Manager. Andrea'srole involves managing and ensuring the success of MongoDB's customers.

Andrea Holguín C. started their education journey in 2004 at the Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing. Andrea studied at the institution until 2009. In 2008 and 2009, while still at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Andrea also specialized in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management.

After a break in their educational pursuits, Andrea returned to academia in 2014 at the University of the Incarnate Word. There, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from 2014 to 2016.

In 2015, Andrea attended The Wharton School, where they obtained a Diploma in Better Leader, Richer Life, with a focus on Organizational Leadership.

Furthermore, in January 2023, Andrea received a certification in MongoDB Basics from MongoDB.
