Ken Dillon

Ken Dillon has a diverse work experience in the field of sales technology and operations. Ken started their career at CLOUT! in 2016 as a Salesforce Consultant, where they worked until August 2017. Then they joined MongoDB in August 2017 as a Salesforce Administrator in the Sales Operations department. Ken later became a Team Lead in Sales Operations from August 2019 to January 2021. Following that, they served as a Manager in Sales Strategy & Operations from January 2021 to February 2022. Currently, Ken holds the position of Senior Manager in Sales Technology & Operations at MongoDB, starting from February 2022.

Ken Dillon has a diverse education history that includes degrees, certifications, and ongoing professional development. Ken obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the University of Galway in the years 2010-2014. Ken also completed a Full Stack Web Development Certification from Free Code Camp in the year 2015-2016, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. In 2018, Ken obtained various certifications from Salesforce, including Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Identity and Access Management Designer, Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer, Salesforce Certified Development Lifecycle & Deployment Designer, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Community Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Administrator, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder. Ken went on to pursue further education by enrolling in the Professional Diploma in Creativity, Innovation and Leadership program at University College Dublin from 2019 to the present. Ken is also currently enrolled in a Master of Science (MSc.) program in Design Innovation at Maynooth University from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they have accumulated 120 Trailhead Badges and has obtained a Reports & Dashboards Specialist certification from Trailhead by Salesforce.
