Tiffany G.

Tiffany G. has extensive work experience in human resources and employee experience management. Tiffany is currently working as a Regional Employee Experience Manager at MongoDB, starting in May 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at gamigo group from March 2018 to June 2021.

Before joining gamigo group, Tiffany worked as a Human Resources Generalist at United Heritage Credit Union from April 2017 to March 2018. Tiffany was responsible for providing HR support in that role.

Tiffany also served as an HR Generalist at Special Tree Rehabilitation System from November 2015 to May 2017. It was their duty to provide HR support and services to a large number of employees and manage the annual recruiting and development budget.

Before transitioning into HR, they gained customer service experience as a Customer Service Representative at Best Buy from September 2009 to March 2012. Best Buy is a multinational consumer electronics retailer.

Tiffany G. attended Oakland University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, with a focus on Finance. In 2017, they also obtained the SHRM- CP certification from SHRM.
