Kerwyn Dobbs 6sigma Master Black Belt

Kerwyn (Dan) Dobbs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in automotive education and process improvement. Currently serving as the Auto Service Program Lead Instructor at Monroe County Community College since December 2022, Dan focuses on program and curriculum development, classroom instruction, and student acclimation strategies, while also liaising with employers for student placements. Prior to this role, Dan spent over 30 years at Ford Motor Company, holding various leadership positions such as Strategy and Process Improvement Manager, F150 Plant Vehicle Team Program Manager, and Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Dan's educational background includes an MBA in Strategic Analysis and Finance from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a BS in Education Training and Development from Southern Illinois University, in addition to an AAS in Automotive Technology.
