Lynelle Sazama

Lynelle Sazama possesses extensive experience in health care administration, currently serving as the Manager of Professional Billing at Monument Health since August 2017, where leadership encompasses a team of 18 billers managing billing operations for approximately 700 providers. Previously, Lynelle held roles as Interim Director and System Director of Ambulatory Operations, overseeing multi-specialty clinics and implementing strategic workflows across markets. Prior experience at Aurora Health Care involved managing clinic operations and facilitating system-wide patient access initiatives. Early career roles included Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at both American Health Enterprises and a skilled nursing facility, showcasing expertise in facility operations.
