Jessica Barnett has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jessica began their career as a Legal Secretary at Burley Geach Solicitors LLP, where they supported partners across multiple offices, managed diaries and emails, and translated dictation into documentation. Jessica then worked as a Contact Handler at Surrey Police, where they assessed emergency calls, made critical decisions, and coordinated responses with partner agencies. Following this, they joined Monzo Bank as a Customer Service Representative, delivering exceptional customer service and providing support to vulnerable customers. Jessica quickly progressed to become a Customer Operations Team Manager, where they led teams, managed employee development, and handled performance and conduct issues. Jessica then took on the role of Financial Crime Team Manager, ensuring regulatory SLAs were met and establishing an overnight support team. Currently, they are a Senior Manager in Customer Operations at Monzo Bank, responsible for managing a team of managers and customer operatives and driving overall performance. Throughout their career, Jessica has consistently demonstrated excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Jessica Barnett completed their Bachelor of Laws degree with Honors (LLB) from Nottingham Trent University in the field of law. Jessica then pursued a Master of Science degree in Forensic Mental Health at Nottingham Trent University.
