Eryn Thompson has a strong background in HR and people management. Eryn currently works as the Principal People Partner at MOO since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CVS Health as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they led HR strategic initiatives for the Digital Technology team. Eryn also served as a Regional HR Manager at PINKERTON | Corporate Risk Management Services, responsible for building HR functions and managing employee relations. Before that, Eryn worked as a Human Resources Manager at ThunderCat Technology, where they developed and implemented personnel policies and procedures. Eryn started their career as a Long Term Substitute Teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools and also gained experience as an Office Assistant at Knight Point Systems and a Community Relations Assistant at Barnes & Noble Bookstores.
Eryn Thompson has a Master's degree in Human Resources from Marymount University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they earned a BA in English from George Mason University from 2008 to 2011. Eryn also holds a High School Diploma from Langley High School, which they received from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Eryn has obtained several certifications including the SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015, a Graduate Certificate in Leadership in Human Resources from the University of Virginia in 2014, and the Essentials of Human Resource Management certificate from George Mason University in 2013.
