Head of Customer Success at Moodle

Michelle Moore has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Math Teacher at Winfield Public Schools until 2000. From 2000 to 2005, they held roles such as Generation YES Program Facilitator, Math Teacher, and Instructional Technology Specialist at the same institution. In 2002, they also served as a Math Methods Instructor at Southwestern College. In 2005, Michelle joined Remote Learner as the Director of Training, later transitioning to roles like Chief Learning Officer, Chief Evangelist, and UK Director of Professional Services. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as an Online Instructor at Emporia State University. In 2014, Michelle became the Co-Owner of My Learning Consultants until 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Success at Moodle.

Michelle Moore has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Instructional Design and Technology from Emporia State University in 2003. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Elementary Education with an Emphasis in Middle School Mathematics, also from Emporia State University, which they completed in 1996.
