Courtney R.

Courtney R. is a seasoned education leader currently serving as Vice President of Education at The Moody Foundation since June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as the Executive Director of The Educator Collective from October 2019 to June 2023, where significant organizational growth was achieved, such as a fivefold increase in annual revenue and an eightfold expansion of the educator network. Courtney's tenure at Dallas Independent School District involved overseeing projects in the Office of Transformation and Innovation, notably developing a scaling strategy for the Personalized Learning initiative that improved access to over 30,000 students. Previous roles at Reasoning Mind focused on development strategy and fundraising, resulting in historic financial growth. Early experiences include fellowships with Citizen Schools and the United Nations. Courtney holds a Master's of Education in Leadership from Lesley University and a BA in International Studies from Baylor University.
