Dan Flamini has over 15 years of experience in multifamily property management and facilities. Dan is currently the Area Vice President, Operations & Facility Management at Morgan Properties. Dan has also held senior management positions at Pennrose Management Company and Project HOME. Dan is a highly effective leader with a proven track record in improving operational efficiencies and maximizing asset value. Dan is a motivated self-starter who is always looking for ways to improve the properties they manage. Dan is a great communicator and team builder, and they have a deep commitment to providing quality housing for all.

Dan Flamini's educational career began at Philadelphia University, where they studied to become a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Dan then went on to study at the Institute of Real Estate Management, where they specialized in property management. Finally, they completed their education at Bryn Mawr College.
