Milli Feldman

Milli Feldman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Milli is currently serving as the Head of People at Morning Consult, a global data intelligence company. Prior to this, they held the same position at Andela, a company that builds distributed engineering teams in Africa. Milli was also the VP of People & Experience at VaynerMedia and had a role in global people strategy at JDX Consulting. Milli has worked as a Senior Director of People Strategy at Sony Music Entertainment and as a Director and Senior HR Business Partner at Sapient Global Markets. Milli's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources and Operations at Senior Resource Center, Inc. Overall, Milli Feldman has demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing strategic programs, managing teams, and driving organizational effectiveness in their various roles throughout their career.

Milli Feldman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Design and Retailing from Cornell University, which they attended from 1995 to 1999. Milli later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Organizational Design from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, completing their studies from 2003 to 2006.
