Mary Collins

Mary Collins has a diverse work experience in HR and talent acquisition. Mary currently serves as the AVP, Head of Talent at Morning Consult since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Principal at Nova Recruiting from November 2016 to November 2019. Mary also had a role as Talent Acquisition at Shadow Search from August 2016 to October 2018. Earlier in their career, Mary held the position of HR Director at Ogilvy Public Relations from March 2013 to June 2016, and HR Manager at MICROS eCommerce from March 2010 to March 2013. Mary began their career as an HR and Payroll Assistant at ThinkFoodGroup from March 2009 to March 2010.

Mary Collins attended the University of Delaware from 1998 to 2000. Mary then transferred to the University of Minnesota, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Merchandising from 2000 to 2001.
