Scott Ruffe

Scott Ruffe serves as an Executive Colleague focused on Supply Chain and Business Development at The Morning Star Company since January 2021. Previously, Scott held the position of Vice President at Olam Tomato Processors from November 2015 to December 2020, where responsibilities encompassed leadership and financial performance in the industrial and co-manufacturing tomato business. Prior to that, Scott was the Global Category Leader for Tomatoes at The Kraft Heinz Company from 2008 to November 2015, managing the strategic direction of the global tomato portfolio and leading worldwide contract negotiations. Scott’s earlier roles at Kraft Heinz included Global Category Expert and Sr. Manager National Agriculture, overseeing contract negotiations and inventory management for a variety of agricultural products. Scott holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Horticulture and Pest Management from Michigan State University and a Master’s in Management from Southern Oregon University.
