Len Sitnick

Len has a background in training, education, and technology that spans over three decades. He has extensive experience in building live, online instructor-led, and online self-directed training in technology, sales/marketing, management, and music. Len partners with their client stakeholders to ensure that the systems that are delivered most effectively address their organizational performance challenges and meet their KPI goals. In 1990 he co-founded a Baltimore/DC-based computer training company offering live classroom training, instructor-led course manuals, and online courses. He was also the co-founder of the first major online music school, providing a publishing and teaching platform for accomplished musicians. Len was instrumental in helping scale the world’s largest music school chain, from fewer than 20 locations to more than 200. He built and delivered management and program training to school owners, managers, and teaching staffs along with developing a large share of the company’s innovative music programs and curriculum.
