Candace Annandale, MS, SPHR has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Candace started their career as a Leadership Development Consultant with Burger King Corporation in 1995, where they were responsible for the performance and career development of field management. In 1996, they joined Cessna Aircraft Company as Manager of Organizational Development. Her responsibilities included the development, implementation, and management of key talent management processes, coaching for key leaders, and utilization of software for strategic/succession planning and career resources.

In 2001, Candace served as Consultant / Independent Associate for Lominger International, where they implemented competency model solutions, designed staffing and development infrastructure, and used organizational assessments with gap analysis to link HR with business strategies for a variety of clients including LVMH, Louis Vuitton, M&M's Mars/Masterfoods, and British Telecom.

In 2004, they joined Pfizer Inc. as Human Resources Lead Business Partner, where they utilized their integrative leadership and HR Business Partner skills to ensure the operational and transformational success of a 400 colleague client group in a rapidly evolving global financial shared services business unit. Candace facilitated new leader, change management, and team-building programs and created and managed the Global Vice President's Extended Leadership Team and Summit.

In 2010, Candace worked as Business Development Consultant for Rodan + Fields Dermatologists, where they developed and implemented sales and marketing plans for targeted segments, coached and mentored new consultants, and developed and implemented training and development programs for the organization.

From 2012 to 2018, Candace served as Global Career and Talent Development Leader for Cummins Inc., where they designed and improved global career and talent development programs, including competency management process, career and progression planning, rotation development programs, expatriate programs, and career management technologies. Candace engaged executive teams to plan, market, communicate, and implement programs to drive organizational performance and achieve critical metrics, and designed and developed Global Career Planning philosophy, governance, and support.

In 2018, they volunteered as a Small Business Development Volunteer at Clarity, where they helped small businesses develop training, compensation, and performance management programs. In 2019, they worked as a Business Consultant for New Horizons, where they helped design and develop training programs and provided coaching and mentoring to executives.

Currently, Candace serves as Human Resources Director for Moser Energy Systems, where they are responsible for the overall HR strategy, talent acquisition, talent management, and business development initiatives. In 2020, they also worked at Beautycounter as a Manager, where they advocated for clean beauty and personal care products and educated customers about Beautycounter's mission to change legislation that will regulate or ban toxic ingredients.

Candace Annandale holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University, which they obtained in 1989. Candace went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business between 1991 and 1993. Candace also holds several additional certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, which they obtained in 2014. Candace earned their SPHR from SHRM in 2008 and became an MBTI Master Trainer through the MBTI Business Training Institute in 2004. Candace also obtained their Leadership Architect Suite certification from Lominger/Korn Ferry in 1996.
