Reed Nicholson

Reed Nicholson has recently worked as an Analytical Lab Scientist in Food Science at Motif FoodWorks, Inc. since September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Research Associate at the University of Guelph from May 2014 to May 2017.

Reed Nicholson graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science in 2017. Reed then pursued further education at the same institution and completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Food Science from 2017 to 2021.
