Uriel Urbizo, Ph.D.

Uriel Urbizo, Ph.D. worked as a Food Scientist at Motif FoodWorks starting from January 2023. Prior to that, they served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University starting from January 2018. In this role, they utilized their experience in biological activities such as enzyme inhibition, anti-hypertensive, antidiabetic, and antiobesity properties.
