Delilah W.

Delilah W. has a work experience starting in 2008 as the Director of Operations at Karen Allen Salon & Spa, where they streamlined training programs, analyzed sales strategies, and revised the Human Resource plan. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as an Executive Assistant at Jurupa Unified School District, where they developed a strategic communication plan, educated departments on funding opportunities, and managed budget reporting. Delilah then joined the City of Vista as an Economic Development Specialist from 2019 to 2021, overseeing contracts, grant applications, and serving as secretary to a business improvement district. Currently, they are working at Motimatic, first as a Strategic Partnerships Specialist from 2021 to 2022, then as an Engagement Manager from 2022 to 2023, and currently as a Senior Engagement Manager.
