James Cato

James Cato is a Regional Organizer at Mountain Watershed Association, where James advocates for clean water, air, and safe energy practices in the Youghiogheny River watersheds. James has experience as a research assistant at Oberlin College and the University of Pennsylvania, focusing on environmental feedback research and digital media influence on attitudes toward the environment. Additionally, James has interned at Ohio Health Registry, Solar United Neighbors, and Philadelphia Zoo, where James worked on outreach, solar energy co-ops, and environmental education initiatives. James also has experience as a Library Page at Lower Merion Library System. James holds Bachelor's degrees in Environmental Science and Psychology from Oberlin College.
