Casey McElroy

Casey McElroy is an experienced manager with a solid background in the culinary and hospitality industries. Since April 2018, Casey has been managing at Moviehouse & Eatery and has concurrently held a managerial position at Joe's Crab Shack since May 2014. Prior managerial roles include positions at Alamo Drafthouse Cinemas from November 2011 to January 2014, along with experience as a line cook and sous chef at Sobani and Peche from 2008 to 2011. Casey holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Culinary Arts from Texas Culinary Academy (2008-2009) and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and International Studies from Rhodes College (2002-2006).
