Sonal Anand

Manager, Enterprise Customer Success, EMEA at mParticle

Sonal Anand has a strong background in customer success and account management. Sonal currently serves as the Manager of Enterprise Customer Success at mParticle, where they support customers in the EMEA region. Prior to this, they were the Head of Customer Success at iProov, where they played a key role in ensuring customer adoption and satisfaction. Sonal also has experience in customer success at Microsoft, where they worked as a Customer Success Account Manager and helped clients achieve digital transformation through the use of Microsoft Cloud solutions. Additionally, they worked as a Client Success Manager at Gartner, providing strategic guidance to technology leaders. Sonal's early career includes roles as a Global Strategy Manager at ENGIE and a Technical Lead at both Cisco and Aricent (now part of Capgemini).

Sonal Anand has an MBA from the London Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Technology from Nagpur University. In addition to their formal education, Sonal has also obtained several certifications, including the Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals. Sonal obtained these certifications in 2021, 2020, and 2020 respectively.
