Roberto Greenhalgh

Roberto Greenhalgh has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Roberto is currently working at mphrX as a Presales Solutions Architect since March 2022. Prior to this, they were a member at SBIS - Sociedade Brasileira de Informática em Saúde and C4IR Brasil, starting in March 2021 and December 2021 respectively.

From 2019 to 2022, Roberto served as a member of the advisory board at My Journey Health and held the position of Senior Healthcare Solutions Architect at Infor from January 2021 to March 2022.

Previously, Roberto held a leadership position as the Director of IT at the Secretaria de Estado da Saúde de São Paulo from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they were the Coordinator of Information Technology at the Secretaria Municipal da Saúde de São Paulo from 2016 to 2019. In this role, they managed a multidisciplinary team, prioritized backlogs, and led innovation and technology projects.

Additionally, Roberto worked as a Technical Consultant at Fundação Getulio Vargas from July 2010 to January 2016.

Roberto Greenhalgh pursued post-graduate studies in Software Architecture at Instituto Infnet from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Policy Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, from 2012 to 2014. Roberto also holds a Bachelor's degree in Public and Business Administration, which they obtained from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Roberto has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In August 2021, they completed the HL7® FHIR® R4 Proficiency Preparation Course provided by Health Level Seven International. In February 2021, Roberto acquired the certification for Developing Cloverleaf Networks from Infor. In August 2020, they completed the Official Training on HL7 FHIR Fundamentals offered by HL7Brasil. Roberto also received certification in Process Design from eduxe in July 2020. In December 2019, they attained the Kanban Management Professional I (KMP I) certification from Kanban University. Finally, in June 2018, Roberto earned the PMO Ágil certification from Hiflex Consultoria.
