Josh came to MSS in 2008 and began his career here as a Dispatcher. He rose through the ranks as a Dispatch Supervisor, Operations Manager, and now Director of Compliance & Supplier Management. In his current role, Josh is charged with leading the overall compliance operations while ensuring a streamlined approach to quality. Primarily, he is responsible for establishing and executing MSS compliance and subcontractor quality visions. Josh interacts with colleagues and clients across all levels, both internal and external, to support new business development and effectively lead projects for growth, risk containment, strategic development, and efficiency. Additionally, he develops and maintains core management reporting, dashboards, key risk indicators, and service level agreements. Lastly, Josh recommends new and revised administrative policies, procedures, and initiatives and ensures that they are successfully implemented in support of general office functions.
Josh graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Temple University. He has earned several internal recognitions, including Dispatcher of the Year 2014, the Distinguished Accomplishment Award 2016-2018, and the Trust the Experience Award 2018. He graduated from the Vistage Emerging Leader Program in 2021 and is currently enrolled in their Advancing Leader Program.
