Julien Fraysse is an experienced territorial administrator currently serving as the Director-adjoint in charge of territorial governance at Directions développement économique, enseignement supérieur et recherche, innovation, attractivité since September 2022. Prior roles include a tenure as a detached sub-prefect for the implementation of a departmental recovery plan, as well as leading significant economic projects with Mulhouse Alsace Agglomération. Julien holds a diploma in public policy from Sciences Po Grenoble and has specialized training in economic development from the Institut National des Études Territoriales (INET). Further education includes advanced studies at the Ecole nationale d'administration and collaboration with various institutions focused on public policy and territorial development. Regular engagements with Ireland add to Julien's intercultural competencies.
