Samuel Jiménez Palacios

Samuel Jiménez Palacios has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Samuel is currently working at Multiplica as the Business Development Director & Key Account Manager since November 2023. Before that, they were the Head of Talent Spain at Multiplica Talent, where they led the talent vertical, helping companies and institutions with digital talent for their transformation. At Adecco, they worked as a Business Sales Manager from January 2020 to June 2021 and as a Permanent Placement Consultant from November 2018 to January 2020. Samuel also has experience as a Talent Consultant IT at GRUPO SOLUTIO and as a Global Human Resources Manager at Acierto.com. Additionally, they started their career as an HR trainee in the selection department at Grupo EULEN.

Samuel Jiménez Palacios obtained a Master's degree in Business Management and Human Resources from the Universidad de Alcalá. Samuel also earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a bachelor's degree in Law from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED). Samuel completed the Programa Superior en Motivación e Inteligencia Emocional, y Liderazgo de Equipos and Curso Coaching y Mentoring from Máster Cumlaude in the field of Human Resources. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a program in Digital Marketing Expert from thePower, which they are expected to complete in 2022. Samuel has also achieved additional certifications in Digital Marketing from thePower Business School and completed a basic course in Digital Marketing from IAB and a course in Personal Productivity in the Digital Era from Google Actívate in 2017.
