Rami Soltan

Rami Soltan has a diverse work experience in the field of system administration and technical support. Rami began their career in 2011 as a Help Desk and CCTV Engineer at Zetech, where they were responsible for sales, CCTV configuration and installation, and fingerprint configuration. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Technical Support at Landmark Group, handling customer problems, configuring and troubleshooting operating systems, and troubleshooting a large number of PCs and laptops.

In 2015, Rami joined New Cairo Academy as a Senior Technical Support and System Administrator. Rami was responsible for supporting over 1500 PCs and providing support to more than 300 employees. Their tasks included resolving CCTV and projector issues, configuring and troubleshooting operating systems, and troubleshooting LAN and WAN connections.

From 2017 to 2022, Rami worked at Royal Lab, where they held the role of Supervisor Technical Support and System Administrator. Rami provided support to over 100 branches across Egypt, managing support requests through phone, email, and Manage Engine System ticket. Rami troubleshooted and supported various systems and devices such as networks, operating systems, firewalls, printers, and scanners. Rami also had responsibilities in creating, configuring, troubleshooting, and managing domain controllers, DHCP, DNS, group policies, backup systems, printers, firewalls, and exchange mail servers.

In 2022, Rami joined mumerz.com as a System Administrator and Deputy Manager of Information Technology. Their roles included system and network administration, creating and supporting ESXi and VMware vSphere, and implementing the Sophos XG project.

Recently, in 2022, they joined Namaa PFM as a Senior System Administrator.

Rami Soltan has an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Thebes Academy, where they studied from 2006 to 2012. In addition, they have obtained certifications in MCSE from MCSE Training in October 2014 and CCNA from CCNA, CCNP & CCIE Certifications Exam Dumps in January 2014. Rami also completed a certificate course accredited by the University of Oxford in English, at level 10 of the 16, from the institution English, although specific dates of completion are not provided.
