Mette Juul Viholt

Mette Juul Viholt has a diverse work experience spanning from administrative roles to sales and marketing positions. Mette began their career as a Receptionist at A/S KontorService in 2002 and later worked as a Receptionist at Hellerup Business Center in 2005. In 2004, they became a Tourguide at Apollo Rejser. Mette then joined Zepto Computers in 2006 as a Sales Coordinator, where they played a role in the start-up phase of the company. Mette worked at Zepto until 2009 when they took maternity leave.

After their maternity leave, Mette worked as a Sales and Project Coordinator at INK Graphic Solutions from 2010 to 2012. In this role, they gained hands-on experience in running a company alongside the CEO. Mette then joined Herlev og Gentofte Hospital in 2015 as a Nursing Assistant Substitute in the Department of Urology, working evenings, nights, and weekends while studying to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

In 2013, Mette started working at Furesø Kommune. Mette initially served as a Social- og sundhedshjælper from 2013 to 2016 and then became a Certified Nursing Assistant (Social- og sundhedsassistent) at Lillevang Nursing home from 2016 to 2018. This experience in the healthcare segment taught their responsibility, prioritization, and having a great overview of tasks.

In 2018, Mette joined Shape Robotics as a Sales Coordinator, where they implemented and optimized the CRM system. Mette worked on internal sales procedures, partner contact, and customer support. Mette later became a Sales and Marketing Consultant, responsible for designing various printable merchandise, managing social media channels, and planning co-branded activities with partners. Mette also worked as a Sales and Marketing Operational Manager at Shape Robotics, being hands-on in all fields of marketing and sales support.

Mette's most recent role is as Director of Sales & Marketing Operations at Muninn, starting in 2022. In this role, they are involved in the growth strategy development and execution. Mette manages concepts, develops and implements marketing plans, and rebrands the company internally and externally.

Throughout their career, Mette has acquired deep knowledge and hands-on experience in marketing, sales, operations, and team development. Mette has demonstrated their ability to develop, run daily, and grow a company.

Mette Juul Viholt's education history begins in 2012 when they attended SOSUC and obtained a degree as a healthcare worker (Sosu-hjælper). In 2015, they furthered their education at Sosuc and became a certified nursing assistant, specializing in healthcare. Mette then pursued their studies at Copenhagen Business Academy from 2020 to 2022, earning an Academy Profession Degree in Sales and Marketing. In 2022, they attended IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding and received a Leadership in Practice, Academy Profession degree. Mette also obtained additional certifications, including being Garuda Certified in FocusProfile from Garuda A/S in October 2022 and becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant through Styrelsen for Patientsikkerhed in November 2016.
