Hilary Walter

Hilary Walter has extensive experience in the art world. Hilary started their career as a Director's Assistant and Program Assistant at Southern California Institute of Architecture, where they managed the Executive Director's office and coordinated the daily activities of the Graduate and Undergraduate Directors. Hilary then interned at Leighton House Museum while earning their MA in Victorian Media and Culture. At J. Paul Getty Museum, they worked as a Sr. Staff Assistant and Production Coordinator, where they created and coordinated the production schedule for media projects and acted as a liaison between museum staff and external vendors. Hilary then moved on to Getty Foundation, where they served as a Program Assistant, managing grants and coordinating internship programs. Currently, they are the Manager of Academic Programs at Los Angeles County Museum of Art, overseeing the Andrew W. Mellon Undergraduate Curatorial Fellowship Program.

Hilary Walter completed a Bachelor's degree in Art History from Temple University from 1994 to 1996. Hilary later pursued a Master's degree in Victorian Media and Culture from Royal Holloway, University of London, graduating in 2004. No further education history is provided, so it can be assumed that these were the only formal degrees they obtained.
