Vice President, Customer Success at Shyft

Kelli P. has held a variety of roles in the customer experience and business development fields. Kelli began their career in 2006 as a Student Research Assistant at Montana State University. In 2007, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Bridger Peaks Consulting. Kelli then joined StudyManager in 2009 as a Project Manager and Lead Analyst, Business Support. In 2012, Kelli moved to Merge Healthcare, an IBM Company, where they held the roles of Director of Business Development, Research Site Market, Solution and Sales Enablement Manager, and Project Manager. In 2015, they joined Vālant as Vice President, Customer Experience and Director, Customer Success. Kelli is currently the Vice President, Customer Success at Shyft, a position they have held since 2018.

Kelli P. received a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Seattle University between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Montana State University-Bozeman between 2005 and 2008.
