Juan Daniel Bonaguro

Juan Daniel Bonaguro has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Juan Daniel began their professional journey as a Research Intern at Universidad Casa Grande, where they collected data and developed databases for research projects. Juan Daniel then worked as an Assistant Intern at Fundación Ecuador Libre, assisting with media tracking and event logistics for democratic promotion.

Moving forward, Juan joined Walmart as a Stock Clerk and later transitioned to KATERRA LABOR MANAGEMENT, LLC as a Resource Coordinator, where they oversaw recruitment processes for housing development projects. Juan Daniel also managed job postings and interviewed candidates.

Juan then worked at Elemento as an Assistant Intern, conducting research on political domestic issues and writing weekly analyses. Juan Daniel analyzed government announcements and prepared reports for private sector customers. Juan Daniel later joined Synchrony as a Collections Representative, being responsible for collecting payments from delinquent customers and assisting with payment plans and disputes.

After that, Juan served as an Operations Team Member at Ole & Steen US, where they assisted customers, processed payments, and restocked shelves. Currently, Juan is working at MyClean as an Operations Associate, managing a large workforce of cleaners and clients. Juan Daniel develops schedules, approves sick time requests, and oversees payroll processes.

Throughout their career, Juan has demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a dedication to providing efficient and effective service.

Juan Daniel Bonaguro has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Universidad Casa Grande. Juan Daniel completed this degree between 2013 and 2017. Additionally, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Relations and Affairs from Institut Barcelona d'Estudis Internacionals, which they pursued from 2019 to 2021.
