Laura Solitario has had a long and varied career in Human Capital strategy consulting. Laura began their career in 1984 as a Manager of Human Resources at the Federal Reserve Bank. In 1994, they moved to United Dominion Industries as a Director of Organizational Development, where they developed and implemented the firm's first executive development and succession planning process. In 2000, they founded their own consulting firm, Solitario Consulting, which focused on aligning clients' business strategies with the people strategies needed to achieve business goals. In 2004, they joined Force Management as Director of Organizational Development, where they developed the talent management methodologies, processes and tools. In 2011, they moved to Premier as VP Talent Management, where they oversaw Corporate Recruiting and Talent/Learning functions. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at ettain group as VP People and VP Talent Management, leading the People teams and launching the People function. In 2018, they joined McLaughlin Young Group as Managing Director, where they specialize in leadership development, employee assistance programs, and change management.
