Vaughan Baker

Vaughan Baker has had a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In their most recent role as the Group Director, Government & Corporate Relations at MyRepublic Ltd, they led the engagement with government entities and managed supplier engagements across different markets. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director at MyRepublicNZ. Vaughan also worked as the Head of IT Sourcing at Vodafone New Zealand and held the position of Principal at Voco. Additionally, they were the CEO of NZ Regional Fibre Group and worked as a Consultant at Voco, where they project managed the New Zealand Regional Fibre Group's efforts to secure government funding. Earlier in their career, they served as the Commercial Manager, Technology Services at Fonterra and as the Legal & Compliance Services Manager at IAG.

Vaughan Baker attended The University of Auckland in 1995 and obtained a B.Com degree in Accounting and Finance. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1994, they studied at The University of Waikato, where they completed an LLB degree in Commercial Law.
