Senior Data Engineer at MyTraffic

Gautier DARAS has extensive work experience in various roles related to data engineering, coordination, consulting, and research and development. Gautier currently holds the position of Senior Data Engineer at Mytraffic since December 2022. Gautier'srole involved research and development in engineering projects. Gautier also gained extensive experience as a Research and Development Engineer at Université de Montréal - École Polytechnique de Montréal from May 2013 to December 2017. Here, they designed and developed analysis tools, managed projects, and implemented web applications for data analysis.

Prior to their role at Université de Montréal - École Polytechnique de Montréal, Gautier worked as an Engineer and Intern in optimization and development projects at Laboratoire G-SCOP. Gautier'sresponsibilities included improving the performance of optimization software and enhancing existing industrial solutions.

Gautier also worked as an Intern Developer at Orange Business Services, where they developed a mobile application and web administration system. Gautier gained experience in agile project management and mobile development during this role.

Additionally, Gautier worked as an Intern Developer at CCSTI Grenoble La Casemate, where they contributed to the development of an augmented reality and motion capture application for exhibitions.

Gautier Daras has a strong educational background in engineering and computer science. Gautier completed their undergraduate studies at Polytech Grenoble, where they earned a degree in Computer Science in 2011. In 2011, they also started their Master's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics at Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble I), which they completed in 2012.

Daras then pursued further academic achievements by attending Polytechnique Montréal, where they obtained their Doctorate degree in Industrial Engineering in 2017. During their doctoral studies, they focused on the field of Industrial Engineering.

Additionally, Gautier Daras has taken several certification courses to enhance their skills. Gautier completed several courses on functional programming in Scala from Coursera, including Functional Programming Principles in Scala, Functional Program Design in Scala, Parallel programming, and Big Data Analysis with Scala and Spark, all in June and July 2018. Gautier also completed the Functional Programming in Scala Capstone and a specialization course on Functional Programming in Scala, both in August 2018.

In 2014, Daras briefly attended two other institutions. Gautier took a course on database analysis for marketing at HEC Montréal and studied Geographic Information System at McGill University. However, it is unclear if they completed any degree programs at these schools.
