Jeff Welgan

Jeff Welgan has extensive work experience in the field of cybersecurity and intelligence analysis. Jeff is currently serving as the Chief Learning Officer at N2K Networks since 2022. Prior to that, they held the same position at CyberVista from 2015 to 2022, where they also served as the Executive Director of Cybersecurity Workforce Solutions. At Booz Allen Hamilton, they worked as a Lead Associate, overseeing various roles such as Program Manager, Project Manager, and Cyber Threat Team Lead from 2010 to 2015. Jeff gained valuable experience as an Intelligence Analyst at SRA International and Renewergy, and also served as an Intelligence Specialist in the US Navy from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, Jeff has held positions as the President of the Board of Directors at Ryans Glen Home Owners Association and as a Cybersecurity Oversight Board Member at Private Directors Association.

Jeff Welgan obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Intelligence Studies from Mercyhurst University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from PennWest Clarion from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Jeff holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, obtained in November 2014.
