Moamen Omar Ali, MBA, CMA, CIA, CFE has an extensive work experience in various audit and finance roles. Moamen began their career as an Accountant at CMB in 2006, where they handled imports and exports negotiations. In 2007, they joined KPMG Hazem Hassan as an Assistant External Auditor and performed detailed audit procedures. Moamen then moved to KPMG Qatar in 2010 as a Senior External Auditor, evaluating client business risks and internal control systems. In 2013, Ali became the Acting/Head of Internal Audit at Alijarah Holding, establishing and managing the internal audit activity. Moamen developed the internal audit manual and the Audit Committee Charter. Currently, Ali works at Qatar Gas Transport Company Ltd. "Nakilat" as a Senior Internal Auditor, reporting directly to the Chief Audit Executive. Moamen conducts risk assessments, prepares annual internal audit plans, and develops manuals and policies for the internal audit activity.

Moamen Omar Ali has a diverse education history and a strong focus on finance and business. Moamen obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Alliance Manchester Business School from 2017 to 2018. During this program, they studied various subjects such as economics, strategy, marketing, digital economy, negotiation, and operationalization.

Prior to their MBA, Moamen earned the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation from the Institute of Internal Auditors from 2014 to 2016. Moamen'sstudies focused on internal audit, governance, and risk management.
