Anna Nottage

Anna Nottage (she/her) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Their most recent position was as the Chief People Officer at the Napier City Council, where they started in 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Organisation Development Specialist at the same council from January 2022 to July 2022. In 2021, Anna worked at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand as the Manager Advisory Services from July to December, and as a Senior Advisor People and Capability from April to June. From 2019 to 2021, they served as a Human Resources Contractor at Te Tumu Paeroa. Before that, Anna took a maternity leave from November 2018 to July 2019. In 2017, they held the position of Team Leader HR Services/Team Leader Recruitment at Oranga Tamariki-Ministry for Children, and acted as the Team Leader, Human Resources & Recruitment at New Zealand Customs from March to August. Prior to that, Anna worked as a Senior Advisor Leadership & Talent at the State Services Commission from 2013 to 2017, and as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at The Treasury from March to November 2013. Anna also served as a Human Resources Advisor at Interislander, KiwiRail from November 2010 to February 2013, and as a Human Resources Officer at The Salvation Army from 2008 to 2010.

Anna Nottage (she/her) obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree from Victoria University of Wellington between the years 2006 and 2010. Their areas of study included Management, Human Resources & Industrial Relations, and Psychology. In addition, Anna has obtained certifications as a Certified Strength Coach from Gallup - ANZ (expected year 2023) and as a Certified Transformational Coach from Coach Masters Academy Global (year 2021).
