Anna Nottage (she/her) has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and organizations. Their most recent position was as the Chief People Officer at the Napier City Council, where they started in 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Organisation Development Specialist at the same council from January 2022 to July 2022. In 2021, Anna worked at the Ministry of Education of New Zealand as the Manager Advisory Services from July to December, and as a Senior Advisor People and Capability from April to June. Their areas of study included Management, Human Resources & Industrial Relations, and Psychology. In addition, Anna has obtained certifications as a Certified Strength Coach from Gallup - ANZ (expected year 2023) and as a Certified Transformational Coach from Coach Masters Academy Global (year 2021).
