Cyndi Rodriguez has a wealth of experience in the legal and finance industries. Cyndi began their career in 2001 as Deputy Chief of Staff in the Office of the Chairman at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Cyndi then served as Senior Counsel to Commissioner Elisse B. Walter, Special Counsel in the Division of Trading & Markets, and Counsel to Commissioner Luis A. Aguilar. In 2017, they joined the Advisory Board of WFFConnect, a platform connecting women entrepreneurs with potential funders. In 2019, they became Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at SharesPost and the same year joined the Board of Advisors at Astrella. In 2020, they co-founded Collective Liquidity, Inc. and served as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Cyndi also joined the Board of Advisors at Vested and Forge, and in 2021 became Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Nasdaq Private Market. Cyndi currently serves as an Advisor on the Board of Advisors & Co-founder of Collective Liquidity, Inc.

Cyndi Rodriguez obtained their JD from The University of Texas School of Law in 1999. Cyndi graduated with a BA from The University of Texas at Austin in 1996, having studied in the Plan II Honors Program. In 2020, they obtained the Registered In-House Counsel certification from the State Bar of California. In 1999, they obtained their Attorney certification from the State Bar of Texas.
