Alisa Grossberg

Alisa Grossberg serves as the Global Head of Compensation at Nasdaq since September 2020. Prior to this role, Grossberg held the position of VP, Head of Compensation Transportation at XPO Logistics, Inc. from August 2018 to August 2020. Grossberg also worked as Executive Director of Global Compensation at IHS Markit from October 2013 to July 2018 and as Sr. Compensation Manager at Vail Resorts between December 2011 and October 2013. Earlier in the career, Grossberg was Vice President - Global Corporate Compensation Manager at Morgan Stanley from August 2004 to December 2011, Fixed Income and Equities HR Associate at Lehman Brothers from June 2003 to August 2004, and HRIS Associate at Deutsche Bank from August 2000 to June 2003. Alisa Grossberg earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology/Management from Binghamton University.
