Aly Zappen-Ross

Aly Zappen-Ross has a diverse work experience. Aly is currently working as a Compliance Analyst at Nassau Financial Group since 2022. Previously, they have worked at ADP for several roles. From December 2020 to March 2022, they were a Payroll Product Support Specialist, taking the lead in supporting payroll advisors, resolving client escalations, and developing business strategies. Prior to that, from August 2018 to December 2020, they served as a Regional Payroll Team Leader, providing leadership support and conducting cross-market trainings. Aly started their career as a Payroll Service Representative I - III at ADP from August 2013 to August 2018. Before joining ADP, they worked as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from July 2012 to September 2013.

Aly Zappen-Ross attended Saint Anselm College from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology.
