Terrence E. is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and Windows engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Desktop Support Technician at the National Association of Broadcasters since July 2017, Terrence previously held positions including Service Desk Technician at the NIH National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute, where Terrence contributed to a Windows 10 Migration project for over 2000 users. Prior to that, Terrence spent over 16 years at National Geographic as a Senior Windows Engineer, managing Symantec Endpoint Protection, Citrix environments, print management, and providing tiered support to over 1200 customers. Terrence holds an Electronics Certificate from HUMRRO Tech and has a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Hampton University.
