Jenn Steidler

Assistant Vice President Human Resources at NAMIC

Jenn Steidler has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jenn started their career in 2007 as the Assistant General Manager at Mudsocks Grill. From 2010 to 2015, they worked as a Jr. Buyer - Purchasing at Restaurant Depot. In 2015, they joined Paychex as a Payroll Specialist. In 2016, they briefly worked as an HR SSC Training Specialist at Roche. Since then, they have been employed at the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies (NAMIC), holding various roles including HR Manager, Human Resource Director, Sr. Director Human Resources, and currently as the Assistant Vice President Human Resources.

Jenn Steidler holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis, which they completed between 2003 and 2006. Jenn went on to pursue a Master of Science (M.S.) in Human Resources Management at Villanova University from 2014 to 2016. In addition, they obtained the PHR certification in May 2016.
