Jessica Rangel

Jessica Rangel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client services and partner integration. Currently serving as the Partner Integration Manager at the National Association of REALTORS® since October 2021, Jessica leads business partner interactions and manages performance evaluations for REALTOR Benefit partners. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Mind Gym for six years, managing global training and development programs with substantial sales and fostering relationships with multiple Fortune 500 clients. Jessica has held various positions at the National Association of REALTORS® and gained foundational experience at MB Real Estate and Macy's. Jessica Rangel holds a marketing degree from the Indiana University - Kelley School of Business.
