Markus Achord

Markus Achord is a seasoned professional in the fields of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, currently serving as Vice President at the National Audubon Society. With significant experience as a Sr Director at Sunrun and as a DEI Lead at Google, Markus has also contributed as a Course Facilitator for eCornell's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Certificate Programs. In addition to these roles, Markus has worked as an independent DEI consultant. Markus is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Education and Leadership Development at Louisiana State University, building upon a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
